奈良・東大寺で万燈供養会

奈良市の東大寺大仏殿で15日夜、お盆恒例の法要「万燈供養会」が営まれた。荘厳な読経が響く中、大仏殿正面の「観相窓」が開かれ、明かりに照らされた盧舎那仏（大仏）の顔がのぞいた。お盆に帰省できない人たちにも先祖を供養してもらうため、昭和60年から続けている
