【禁聞】中国 スモッグ解決に2900億ドル

【2013年12月28日】中国では大気汚染が悪化し、スモッグが全国に広がっています。最近、北京で開かれた「財新サミット」で、「中国の大気汚染を解決するには2900億ドル必要だ」とある学者が発言しました。ただし、巨額の予算を投じても、本当に大気汚染対策に使われるのか、逆に官僚の私服を肥やすことに使われるのではないかと、案ずる声もあります。
