太平洋電線電纜公司前董事長孫道存因積欠1.2億元稅金沒有繳，2016年被行政執行署管收準備送入看守所時，當時太電董事長特助馮小容拿1.2億元台銀本票繳清欠稅，檢調發現這筆錢竟然是由太電支出，懷疑涉及《證券交易法》特別背信罪，檢察官除了前往矯正署八德外役監就訊孫道存外，同步約談太電董事長苑竣唐、特助馮小容、財務長等6人，檢察官訊問後全都請回。 https://news.cts.com.tw/cts/
