教育予算不足 改造スクールバス横行

【2011年11月21日】 中国甘粛省で、定員の7倍の園児を乗せていたスクールバスがダンプカーと正面衝突し、21人が死亡。そのうち19人が園児でした。これに中国人は心を痛めるとともに、政府への反発も沸いています。毎年、飲食、旅行、公用車へ投じられる予算は１兆元近く、日本円で12兆円に達する一方、教育への予算配分がまだまだ足りないためです。
