Children cheerleading team in Seoul (near COEX in Samsung dong)

I was waiting for my father near COEX in Seoul (COEX is a convention center + shopping mall in Seoul) and saw these children performing. I'm not sure if this style of cheerleading that I usually see in Korea is the same in any other part of the world. Any ideas?
