Highway closed as heavy rain leads to collapse of one section

Consecutive days of heavy rain have led a section of the Suhua Highway to collapse, leading to closure of the highway. Chinese tour groups now have to resort to a shuttle type service to continue their travel between Hualien and Taitung.
