TikTok遭美封殺 傳微軟重金收購| 華視新聞 20200828

中國影音分享平台抖音海外版TikTok先前遭到美國政府封殺，不過根據美國媒體CNBC報道，微軟可能將在未來48小時內成功收購TikTok，消息一出，帶動微軟股價漲幅一度超過3%。這場收購案的交易規模，可能在200億到300億美元、大約5800億到8800多億台幣之間。另外，美國零售商龍頭沃爾瑪也證實有意與微軟合作，一起收購TikTok，但TikTok目前還沒有確定最終的買家，確切的價格也還沒確定，
